Companies exist for a reason – to make money. They depend on sales, i.e. they need you and me to buy their product/service if they are to survive. That is the rule, and is without exception.
The best way, therefore, to let a company know that you don’t agree with the way they do business or are unhappy with them is by not buying their stuff. By collectively taking this single step, we let them know that they either have to change or accept the fact that they will, in the long run, cease to exist.
Your money makes more of an impact than your words – the company won’t care if you badmouth them and then go ahead and buy their product anyways. As they say,” it’s all about the money, honey.”
